Returns Policy

According to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for refunding under BARPORT’s return policy below.

Our return policy is a part of BARPORT’s Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with the items, you have up to 5 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. The item(s) must be undamaged and unused, and they need to be returned in original packaging, which includes any accessories and documentation.

To return an item, please call us for our assistance within 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. Alternatively you may email usinfo@barport.com.au. You must inform us the reason of return via email or call before you send the items back to us. Once you’ve submitted your return request, email confirmation with your return details will be sent.

Once you receive confirmation email, you will need to take the item(s) to the post office and pay the cost to send it back. However, the postage cost will be added to your refunding amount and be issued to you within 14 calendar days.
Once we receive the item(s), we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please call us during our hours of operation, 7 days a week, 9am – 6pm, or alternatively please email us. You must take a photo of the wrong/damaged items and provide us for reference purposes.

Any breakage of our product at fault of your own or your use, we will take no responsibility for replacing items/refunding. 

Refund methods

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our office, and the refund will be processed via PayPal within 14 calendar days. If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@barport.com.au 

Shipping Errors

Your order will be sent Fastway couriers (when available) and you will receive the tracking number when it is sent. We do not take any responsibility for the failure of delivery caused by unintended address’s and incorrect address/information. It is your responsibility to track your item, provide the correct shipping address and contact the courier company. If in any case the parcel is sent back to us, we take no responsibility to re-send it at our expense. You must pay for the freight cost again to re-arrange the delivery.

Typographical Errors

In the event that our product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or discription, we hold the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment is completed. If you have already paid for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a refund.
